“I tend to stick with places on Expedia that are above 8 stars. I have no idea how this hotel is above the 8. Check in was fine. The staff Friday evening were pleasant enough. Our room however was pretty bad. 1st it smelled of old cigarettes and mold. 2nd, the couch and chair were so visibly stained that we avoided even putting anything on them. Like, a red chair with white splotchy stains. Absolutely disgusting. 3rd, the bathroom is tiny and water sprayed everywhere from the spout when the...

“The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan in the bathroom that didn't work, keeping the miosture in the room. But that should be remedied as we informed the front at the end of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stsy very pleasant. ”

“Perfect crash pad for a weekend hockey tournament at Extreme Ice Center. Nice breakfast area, and room had a very nice renovated bathroom. In room a/c was meh. Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good. ”

“This hotel is NOT suitable for visitors needing just a night or two stay as there are no amenities what so ever. No tea/coffee maker in the room unless you buy it from reception, no glasses (one plastic "glass" only), no crockery, cutlery or pans for the kitchen area. Not even any coffee in the reception area so anything you may need you need to bring in with you. Seems to be occupied by "long stay guests".”

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”
